- Publicly available property records, such as parcel ownership, legal descriptions, and tax information published by Florida county property appraisers and clerks.
- Standard technical data from your visit, such as pages viewed and approximate location derived from your IP address, collected by our hosting provider for security and analytics.
How we use it
- To research property and prepare purchase offers.
- To respond to your inquiry and communicate with you about your property by phone, email, or text message.
- To complete a purchase transaction if you decide to sell.
Text messaging (SMS) terms
By submitting our website form or otherwise providing your phone number, you consent to receive text messages from LandBuy FL regarding your property. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP at any time to opt out of further texts; reply HELP for help. Consent to receive texts is not a condition of any purchase or sale.
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties.
Sharing
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers who help us operate (such as our email, messaging, and hosting providers), with title companies and other parties as needed to complete a transaction you have agreed to, and as required by law.
Retention
We keep inquiry and transaction records as long as needed for the purposes above and to meet legal and accounting requirements.
Your choices
You can opt out of texts by replying STOP, opt out of emails using the unsubscribe link or by asking us, or request that we delete your contact information by emailing offers@landbuyfl.com. Public property records are not covered by deletion requests, since we do not control county records.
